Nicola has acted in advertising disputes in court and has advised clients about advertising disputes before industry code of conduct committees. She has also negotiated the terms of product safety recalls with the Therapeutic Goods Authority.
Nicola has also acted for a surgeon in various inquiries into alleged unprofessional conduct. She has also advised a medical practitioner about appeal options following a decision to cancel his registration and acted for him in his application reinstatement.
